1. The service
PairsCopilot ("the Service"), operated by Arborium App LLC, publishes impersonal statistical data produced by a quantitative model. The Service is informational data publication only — it is not investment advice, a recommendation, brokerage, or portfolio management (see the Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, which is part of these terms).
2. Eligibility — US residents only
The Service is available to residents of the United States only: its data covers US-listed equities, and it is offered under United States law. You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and a US resident. Paid subscriptions require a US billing address; a checkout with a billing address outside the United States is cancelled (and any charge refunded) before access is granted.
3. License
Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the reports and site content for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or share reports, signals, or data — including in private groups — without written permission.
4. Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation
The paid plan is the FULL daily report — every opportunity, unblurred — billed $29/month or $290/year (the same report, billed yearly). New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial: the card is collected at checkout and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Prices may change for new subscriptions. The plan renews automatically until cancelled; existing subscriptions keep the price they started at. The renewal price, frequency, and cancellation method are shown before you pay and restated in your confirmation email. Cancel anytime yourself from the Account page's billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period. For yearly billing we send a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal.
5. Refunds
No refunds. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant any outcome from acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Service and its operator for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Acceptable use
No automated scraping, no attempts to access other users' data or non-public systems, no use of the Service to violate law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
