PairsCopilot ("the Service"), operated by Arborium App LLC, publishes impersonal statistical data produced by a quantitative model. The Service is informational data publication only — it is not investment advice, a recommendation, brokerage, or portfolio management (see the Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, which is part of these terms).
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the reports and site content for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or share reports, signals, or data — including in private groups — without written permission.
Paid plans are $39/month or $299/year and renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal price, frequency, and cancellation method are shown before you pay and restated in your confirmation email. Cancel anytime yourself from the Account page's billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period. For annual plans we send a renewal reminder 15–45 days before each renewal.
No refunds. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant any outcome from acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Service and its operator for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
No automated scraping, no attempts to access other users' data or non-public systems, no use of the Service to violate law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
